I work at an educational institution. We use AJO to carry out relationship journeys with students.Our biggest difficulty is updating audiences once a day, as we have many adhoc tasks.

Adobe Journey Optimizer is designed to orchestrate impactful customer journeys via unified data through 1:1 level personalization. Please explain how you utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer to provide an impactful customer Journey?

It is very important for us to achieve this granularity. We work with students, staff, teachers, so this differentiation is important.

Adobe Journey Optimizer allows you to communicate with customers in real time across all channels (i.e. email, web, app, mobile, etc.) in the moments that matter most. How has this impacted your day to day?

We now have access to other channel options, as before we only used email, SMS, WhatsApp and banners on websites.

Usability

We observed some slowness and instability (sometimes the page crashes and it is necessary to type F5.

One issue we have identified is that we cannot re-run an ad-hoc campaign without having to republish it. A nice new feature in our current tool is that we have more customization options for HTML pieces, which can be used using code functions.
