Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Adobe Learning Manager is our current LMS for our American employees and on site for indirect employees. Adobe Learning Manager helped us to scale training quickly across multiple locations and at home employees.

Pros and Cons

Provides solutions for user access and accessibility.
Ease of use.
The ability to handle multiple file types helped us to incorporate previous trainings.

Reporting is intuitive and often underutilized because of this.
In my opinion, it lacks style, color, and design. It's not pretty to look at I believe.

Return on Investment

Adobe Learning Manager integrated well with Okta to provide a safe SSO for all US employees.
Adobe Learning Manager allowed us to have one system to manage records and reports for direct and indirect employees.

Usability

It's easy to import from Adobe Captivate to Learning Manager has been a big plus for my company. This has cut down on resources needed to get training launched in time.

Ease of Integration

We integrated Adobe Learning Manager with Salesforce, Workday and Okta with little to no effort.

Adobe Learning Manager provides solutions for a remote workforce and is accessible to all employees via app, web or learning portal. Adobe Learning Manager reporting is not dynamic and cannot provide direct solutions without weeding through charts, graphs and drop downs I've found.
