Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Learning Manager

Adobe Learning Manager is being considered for use across the organization. It is being evaluated to onboard its new hires and certify members of the operations team. The company is currently using a traditional classroom training model to train its employees and is looking to use Adobe Learning Manager to implement its e-learning strategy, for more flexibility, to reduce time to go live, automate training administration tasks and reduce training delivery cost.
  • Blended learning paths.
  • Certifications.
  • User management.
  • Automated learning assignments.
  • Ability to create assessments and question banks directly on the LMS.
  • Checklists for learners to fulfill.
  • Skill and competency mapping.
  • Improved productivity by reducing the time to go live for new employees.
  • Reduced training costs by automating training administration processes.
  • One stop shop for all our company's training needs.
I am giving Adobe Learning Manager a 10 because it supports most modalities of training and a hybrid learning environment which has a huge impact on the overall user learning experience.
Adobe Learning Manager has inbuilt connectors which enable us to easily integrate it with the most commonly used systems and/or applications.
I prefer Adobe Learning Manager to Cornerstone OnDemand as the latter is mostly focused on performance management and does not support the needs of small and medium businesses.

Do you think Adobe Learning Manager delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Adobe Learning Manager's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Learning Manager live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Learning Manager go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Learning Manager again?

Yes

I have found Adobe Learning Manager to be very flexible and can be used in a variety of ways. It's easy to set it up for small organizations and also provides the scalability and performance required by larger organizations. I love the ability to reuse seats for one-time users and also the ability to split seats and create different portals for customers, partners and employees. The only scenarios where I see Adobe Learning Manager being less appropriate would be for organizations wanting e-commerce functionality and also in scenarios where organizations want assessment creation capabilities in the LMS.
