Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Learning Manager

We assist other organizations to get the most out of their Adobe Learning Manager experience. We do this through consultation on best practices, custom development to meet organizational workflows, and hosting in our secure environment. Our customers have had great success with a wide range of use cases from internal training to external partner enablement.

Pros

  • Very rich API's so that organizations have the flexibility to tailor the experience to their needs.
  • The fluidic player is the best in the industry.
  • The flexibility around roles and structures.

Cons

  • Reporting mechanisms could be improved.
  • Flexibility around gamification and being able to better control point values and how those are awarded for the leaderboard.
  • As a partner, Adobe Learning manager has been great to work with and has allowed us to excel with our customers.
I think ALM out of the box really is a top notch solution, but again the ability to go headless and create custom experiences via the API's allow for you to create as engaging of a learner experience as you want too.
ALM is much better for these things than other LMS's that we have seen in this space.
