Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Learning Manager
It was brought on to replace a primitive LMS that wasn't meeting the needs of the organization. It was going to be used as our training platform of internal employees.
The first priority was to address the lack of any compliance training at the company and then training management and employees.

- Automation, with a one or two person training department automation is important
- SSO
- Tracking training
- Suggest other training for PD and personal development
- Filtering and sorting on the back end for courses
- They need a focus group or forum for users to ask questions, make suggestions and support other admins
- Unfortunately I haven't been able to track it. The company was extremely toxic and decided to go back to 0 training for employees.
There is no comparison. ALM is in a class all by itself.
