Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate

This is the most amazing software I have used there are lots of features but the thing I like about Adobe Captivate is that it has got webcam feature which lets you connect with your learners affectively is very easy to use and the best thing that learners can easily navigate and see the learning calendar which helps in scheduling course while training. This app is used in my organization for connecting and training and trust me it has great features. Adobe products have very good interface including this software moreover you can customize courses as it suits you. This Software is interactive allowing the end user to simulate the software. The recording function is easy to use. Edits are simple. And As a registered Adobe user, I like the fact that I can create assets within the Adobe Creative Suite and then use them within Adobe Captivate LMS. The quality is very high in Adobe so I recommend the integration of Adobe assets with this LMS
  • Excellent Multi Tenanting configuration
  • can easily navigate
  • Difficulty using the function of setting up a menu
  • The pricing is expensive
  • Adobe Captivate Should give more than 30 days of trial
  • Installation process was quite difficult for me.
  • Could be more intuitive and have a simpler interface
  • It freezes sometimes and I have to restart our system.

Using Adobe Captivate

i use this software in my organization for lunching new training courses and to create interactive learning modules. These modules were based on various presentations that we wanted to convert from PowerPoint to something more interesting. Needless to say that Adobe Captivate delivered. The software allowed us to record our actions which allowed our end users to follow our directions step-by-step. Similar to other LMS, Adobe Captivate allows users to narrate our lectures and add closed captioning for those who prefer reading directions. i would love to see more multimedia tool being incorporated into the overall suite rather than separate sales.

Integrating Adobe Captivate

I am an instructer and I create the courses and I know that this is great software and it works well with the rest of the products that are part of Adobe suite. Furthermore it's a great asset for connectors, content providers, and data visualizers, as well. It serves multiple functions and a great buy. Customer service is good with helping solve problems when there is a solution. Having APIs available is helpful as well as single-sign-on.and moreover its attractive graphics and UI flow Clever inclusion of independent R&R system Matrixed psychology used in learning style, engagement and reinforcement I like that reporting includes the differentiation between course completion and course engagement duration spent by the individual
