Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

Marketo is used for all outbound email follow-ups and is regularly integrated with our system to replace in-product emails fully. The flexibility of Marketo's templates and how easily they can dynamically insert information from our API makes using the platform super easy. The other major advantage of Marketo is the amount of flexibility in the their reporting and automation rules which allow us to meet all use cases

Marketo is used for all of our email communications Product Launches, up sells, cross-selling, and customer service. We also use it for NPS surveys, ENPS surveys, customer service in general, lead management all all of our prospecting. The automation and flows that can be used for sales prospecting can be set to be incredibly advanced and all communications can integrate with our salesforce campaigns and other content which makes tracking success and ROI very easy
