Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Stock

We use it for the marketing of our organization and especially the division that I am currently working in as there has been no previous marketing before. We can find images that match what we are looking for and then we have a responsibility to upload onto our dedicated pages and blogs.
  • Vector art
  • Royalty free images
  • Good audio
  • Sometimes hard to navigate
  • Could have more free images
  • Better pricing
  • Reliability
  • Ease of access
  • Links to other Adobe products we use
  • Made working practices better
  • Somewhere we can create and store localised photos
  • Time saving
Shutterstock didn't offer the capabilities we wanted as a business, and for most of the people in our division, we hadn't got the right marketing experience to use some of the more complex image retailers. Adobe Stock was linked with Reader and Reader Pro so it was a no-brainer for us to try it on a free trial.

Do you think Adobe Stock delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Stock's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Stock live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Stock go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Stock again?

Yes

As previously stated we use it for the marketing of our organization and especially the division that I am currently working in as there has been no previous marketing before. So in that sense, it is the go-to place for images and everybody knows where to find any images we use. Sometimes we need to be very specific with the type of image we want and we feel that they don't have them.

Evaluating Adobe Stock and Competitors

  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
  • Product Reputation
I wasn't personally involved in the selection process and I was one of many that evaluated as the product we may use. I would only say that maybe it is better to offer a longer trial period and maybe get some time via Teams or Zoom with the Adobe team to train and run through some of the things it may do.
