Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Stock
For a lot of our marketing and promotional material we need to be able to use high quality images....especially 3D images. Three-dimensional modeling has become very popular and generally can attract a large user audience which is what we are attempting to do when putting together these materials for potential customers.
- It has more than 100 million images to choose from
- It is accessible directly within the Creative Cloud platform
- It has a "smart search" feature which is cool
- It always provides regular updates for most up-to-date material
- It doesn't have audio files which can be useful to imbed in promotional materials
- More varieties of licensing can be confusing
- Some of the images are a little more generic than other more expensive platforms
- Huge selection of very high quality images
- Creative Cloud integration which includes Photoshop
- You can download extra images on top of your subscription for the same amount per image
- It has made our marketing materials more professional
- Provides flexibility with quick turnaround time when we need those additional materials
- It is extremely cost effective and you get a lot of images for the subscription price
Getty probably has more professional quality images but it's just not worth the subscription price. Having said that, Adobe Stock has so many images to choose from (and the quality is professional....so don't get me wrong....Getty just has what they call "world famous" imagery). Getty was just too expensive compared with Adobe.
