Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Stock

We used Adobe Stock to create collaged graphics and gifs to use within a learning app. The stock had to be fully cleared for use on a niche space and brought in a quantity of 500+ separate pieces, so we used a number of sites with our graphic designers including Adobe Stock for when searching for these pieces.
  • Customer Service
  • Scale of content
  • Scope of content
  • Functionality with sharing
  • Website was a little clunky
  • Bulk purchasing
  • Invoicing
  • Licenses
  • Eased the pipeline
  • high quality output
Pexels offered some great free stuff, but Adobe Stock has been the site of choice for graphic designers due to the size and quality of the images and videos that exist on the site. Budgetary choices were made by our company to use both, but the preference overall went to Adobe.

Are you happy with Adobe Stock's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Stock live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Stock go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Stock again?

Yes

Our company was creating collage-style gifs and graphics for an app, which required a LOT of stock footage. Adobe was perfectly suited for our business needs because we had access to their customer service. It meant that we had someone we could talk to consistently when checking what licenses we needed during purchasing. However, there was a fair bit of back and forth because the website info wasn't as digestible as it could have been. Adobe Stock also has a tendency to be the more expensive option on the market, but in return, you get some great pieces of content.
