Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Stock

Adobe Stock allows us to choose from a variety of stock photos, including free options from stock photos to graphics and videos. As we require lots of imagery, it saves us lots of time being able to download free assets. With publishing over 10 articles a month on our website, lots of photos are required.

  • Lots of assets

Cons

  • The ability to add free to other categories, e.g free videos/vectors
  • Some assets are expensive
  • Some free photos are form paid for collections
Adobe Stock is easy to use. However, as previously mentioned some free assets are part of paid for collections, meaning more often than not there is a better version of an asset but requires you to pay. Also, you can only search all free stuff not specific free stuff e.g. free videos or vectors.
In my opinion, Adobe Stock is better value for money than the Shutterstock plan, and the free assets available on Adobe Stock are of higher quality than what can be found on Pexles or Unsplash.

Having to use a lot of stock photography, Adobe Stock has a plethora of assets and is more often that not higher quality in comparison to other free stock photo websites. However, it can sometimes be hard to find the right asset, and made be easier if you could search for free videos or free vectors, rather than just everything in the ‘free’ category.
