Overall Satisfaction with ADP eTime

We use enterprise eTime with our timeclocks at our sites. Hourly employees clock in at timeclocks and the data is sent right to their digital timecards for supervisor review. We house our exempt workforce in there as well, but just to track allowance hours.

Pros

  • Allowance hours tracking
  • Time tracking
  • FMLA tracking

Cons

  • Reports and client ability to modify
  • Client services - should have a dedicated group to call...
  • It helps us get our employees paid, which keeps them happy!
We haven't yet, but are considering moving from ADP altogether.
As long as you have someone on the eTime side that knows what they are doing to go to when you have issues, you are good to go. If you have anything too complex and you don't have a rep that knows your system, good luck.
