According to the vendor, this allows users to have a unified HCM experience, with one login, one home page, comprehensive analytics dashboards and a single mobile app for all HCM needs. The vendor also says this gives administrators the convenience and accuracy that comes from having time and attendance fully integrated with their payroll and HR system, and from partnering with one vendor for all HCM needs.
