Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
ADP Vantage HCM was used across our whole organization. The problems that we ran into was the data integration between the different parts (i.e. HR Data to Recruiting). All HR data needed to be available in all other parts of ADP Vantage but it wasn't and it resulted in manual tracking of data.
- The time system was good for the end users.
- Multi job, multi paygroups - it was good to be able to keep people active in multiple pay groups.
- The branding of the Recruiting page was a good look.
- Job history on multi jobs was hard to track.
- Integration of data between different business units.
- Support, the support team was very average in knowledge and slow on response time.
- With a lot of reporting that needed to be transitioned in the new system there was a lot of time spent running reports manually.
- Workflow tracking and managing accountability was very labor intensive.
- There was a lot of data updates that could happen at mass, that was great and a time saver but was not always reliable.
