Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

It is used as a single source for all HCM data. Time, Payroll, HR, recruiting RM feeds in.
  • Easy to locate data
  • Steps for processing payroll better than Enterprise
  • Continuous development
  • Reporting in ADPR is not intuitive or user-friendly
  • Lacks advanced technology that other payroll systems provide
  • It is not as integrated as they think
  • It is too hard to get the capabilities you need to be successful in using the system
  • As a company we are all on one database instead of 4
  • Single source to hold data
  • Reporting not as intuitive. Expected better delivered reports
They chose this platform before I was hired and I was hired to implement it.
ADP does not meet deadlines on projects, they take no accountability for their mistakes, they hold data hostage and cannot access on their own, and make it so hard to get the solutions we need because they only think towards the future and do not help us with issues happening now.

Implementation did not go well, both sides are at fault. Team wants to start from scratch.
