Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We only use ADP Vantage HCM to process our payroll.
  • Pretty consistent in accuracy
  • Up to date with federal and state laws
  • Provides different solutions based on needs
  • Report writing
  • Access to view setups
  • Speed of return calls, solving service requests, overall customer service
  • Cost-wise, it is much more expensive than the time prior to ADP when we used to process payroll in-house.
It's been working for us so far but definitely the experience could be better. I remember when we had just launched ADP Vantage HCM, there were no proper directions and some issues that we had to solve, but now things are going smoothly.
