Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We converted to ADP Vantage from their PCPW platform in 2019. Currently ADP is used only to do payroll but we are currently looking to expand its use.

Pros

  • Paperless Vouchers
  • Support Teams from ADP
  • Ease of processing payroll

Cons

  • Currently I have none.
  • Time savings in processing of payroll.
  • Cost savings in not having all reports and pay vouchers on paper.
We have only used ADP for payroll processing since we moved from doing payroll internally in the 80s.
[Well suited to] reduce the amount of effort needed to process a payroll timely and accurately. Our employees now have real-time access to their payroll and PTO time once the payroll is processed.

Thru the upgrade from PCPW to Vantage - this was not an easy task with all the special calculations we have in our Payroll system due to Union Contracts. The team worked diligently with us to make sure we met our target date for go live
