Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

Specific pieces of information, and looking for key words.
  • Finding relevant items.
  • easy to use.
  • nice interface.
  • Slow to load sometimes.
  • Searches can be more comprehensive.
  • Some features work on the older version but not new interface.
  • Efficiency/productivity.
  • Crucial data found.
  • Broader content sources.
Right now AlphaSense is trying to get everyone on their new interface, and certain features work on the old version, some on the new.
The time data and ability to set up trackers really help us keep up to date.
