Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense
1) After a live event, AlphaSense's transcripts are super helpful. They map the dialogue really well and provide tiny backgrounds to each of the speakers. Other platforms don't address this. AlphaSense even has sentiment indicators to make overall general themes for the call a lot easier to assess. 2) Data searching: I recently used AlphaSense to find certain info on guidance, and after only a few clicks I managed to find it immediately. Really helpful!

- Not a biggie but it does take time to load occasionally
- I'm not aware of any live transcripts but that is something that I know I'd reliably use
- Efficient data collection for models
- Confidence in both hearing and look at the transcript for optimal data collection
Honestly not much. We find out about events from other platforms and only use AlphaSense for the after-the-fact transcripts which while great would have been lost to us without other platforms.
We primarily use Aiera for live transcripts but their transcripts are not as accurate and a bit more glitchy. AlphaSense is really strong on that front and even organizes your printouts with smart summaries and a collection of all of your highlights. It is much better for organizing your thoughts.
