Streamlined research process

Very usable, great interface, makes it super easy to use without ever using the product, so great for experienced and new users. Rate user interface highly - similar to google. Only complaint is time to search is long.

If you want to research one particular item across many companies then it's a great option that I highly recommend, their search is easy to use and easy to select what sources you want to include. The product is less appropriate for notes and transcripts of calls outside of research and earnings calls. Only the transcripts and research service is really helpful in my opinion. I believe the news and other data sources add too much noise.
