Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

We use AlphaSense mainly for research purposes to stay on top of an industry or to learn about a new space quickly. The monitor functionality has been helpful in keeping up to speed on certain companies. Additionally, the advanced search functionality allows us to find answers to very specific questions by combining two or more keyword searches.

AlphaSense, like any other platform, has a learning curve. However, I found it much easier to navigate and learn than other research platforms thanks to the wonderful customer support and simple user interface. After a few weeks, I feel like a pro and can access any data source I want.
AlphaSense has impacted our team's ability in being more aware of developments in competitive landscapes through the monitoring of companies via the customized Dashboards and monitors along with the alerts that can be added on top of a custom search or monitor. This has allowed us to stay up to speed on the markets we care about and have real-time insights into areas of focus.

AlphaSense is well suited for companies that need to access research reports, SEC filings, expert commentary, or other high-quality data sources on specific companies or sectors that are of interest. AlphaSense does a great job at creating an easy-to-use platform for any user to search for whatever they want. The customer support is fantastic and always responsive to anything I need.
