Overall Satisfaction with AlphaSense

AlphaSense helps me and my team access real-time market insights and analyst notes to stay informed about pharma industry trends, competitor activities, data readouts, mergers and acquisitions. By aggregating expert research and providing AI-driven search capabilities, it streamlines decision-making, enabling our team to identify opportunities, assess risks, and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Email notifications can be consolidated more so fewer but more relevant notes

I use other vendors and databases to gain disease level insights, and more quantitative data information for analysis. AlphaSense is great with qualitative insights but it is only one aspect of the pharma market insights. On the earnings calls scripts it’s perfect but I can’t find analyst models for forecast easily.
It’s useful as an Additional source when I need to do a little bit more research on my own and want to dig deeper. It is also very helpful to answer as hoc questions from senior leaders as it’s quick to search and there is ai powered summary to help me find relevant information

AlphaSense is ideal for decision-making in areas like competitive analysis, regulatory monitoring, and market reactions to data by providing qualitative insights from expert opinions and analyst notes. However, it is less suitable for quantitative needs like sales tracking, consensus forecast analysis, or accessing raw scientific data, as it focuses on aggregated insights rather than detailed numerical data.would love to be able to do both
