Overall Satisfaction with Amazon Pay
We use Amazon pay usually in money transfers or receive payments directly to our bank account with the help of UPI. Merchant payment, shopping with Amazon, bill payment, Mobile recharge, etc are the main thing where Amazon pay is used. The good thing about the software is it gives us a safe environment to pay or receive money.
- Cash back from Amazon Pay is awesome.
- Offer by Amazon Pay is great of all time in comparison with other payment software.
- Directly connection with your bank account through UPI is amazing.
- Scan timing of a QR code is more than any payment application that I think it needs to improve.
- Gift card, offer should be more validate.
- Bus, train ticket should be improve.
- We can invest in gold through this application only 3 percent charges should be there and very easily we can sell our gold through it.
- Pay your bills on time by it's notification.
- Customer care service is best.
- Positive is its make our life simple and comfortable so it can save our time.
- We can simply pay a huge amount by this so no need to run anywhere.
- I think the area of improvement is in scanning a QR.
