Overall Satisfaction with Anaplan

We are using Anaplan for budget and forecasting. The application is being used across the entire organization from finance and accounting to property management.
  • Customization - you can make Anaplan do whatever it is you need; highly flexible
  • Easy to adopt and learn. You do not need to be a computer engineer in order to use Anaplan
  • Instant Gratification - As soon as you make a change, that change is reflected everywhere in the entire model
  • Reporting - Severe lack in reporting capabilities from filtering to formatting.
Anaplan and its business user-friendly features (i.e. do not have to have IT involved if you do not need it), won the day.
Anaplan is well suited for modeling any business that you can think of. The flexibility of the system is its greatest asset. If you are trying to use Anaplan as a reporting tool, Anaplan is probably not the best.
