Anaplan is a collaborative platform that can be used across the whole organization. It helps to make planning & budgeting faster and more efficient. All people have access to the same data which can be used across different use cases. Anaplan can be connected with other tools and software as well.

It can be less appropriate for small organizations as it is quite expensive.
