Overall Satisfaction with Apify

Here at Neutral Vista, we Use Apify for numerous projects; sometimes I think we are overly reliant on one platform. The reason I speak highly of Apify is that it's a solution to a lot of different things made by a lot of different people, if you go through think you would understand better. Whenever you want to do some sort of data or scraping projects or even automations, go through Apify first. I wish someone had told me this 4 months ago.

Pros

  • Scraping Information.
  • Gathering data.
  • Automates tasks.

Cons

  • Custom plans for the lower tier.
  • Better refund policy.
  • Saved me a lot of time.
  • Saved me from excessive manual labor.
I give this rating because you have a variety of choices and also a variety of the same workforce that does the same thing but with little variations, so you can choose which one fits your needs. It is not rigid if someone's actor does not suit you; odds are, there is another actor that does the same thing, plus the thing you want.
I have not used any other products like Apify. I don't think there is even one if there is one. Is there?

In my personal experience, if you are doing any kind of lead gen or marketing projects, Apify is the best place to start. Even better if you are adding research to your arsenal. This is only in my use case. The best way to describe it is that Upwork has a lot of freelancers, Apify has a lot of actors(think of them as your own personal freelancers), plus Apify is cheaper.
