I use it for scraping social media datasets like tweets data which includes likes, views, retweets counts etc and Instagram post data. We use it to build automations around these datasets for internal purposes

Endpoints and docs are easy to integrate on any platform
Lots of options on the Apify store

Cons

Actor permission model feels confusing for advanced multi-tenant use cases.
Monitoring, alerts, and failure notifications could be more robust and real time.
Better guided onboarding for debugging broken scrapers and proxy issues is needed
