Overall Satisfaction with AppDynamics
AppD is used by our operations department to track and identify issues in our SOA web services stack written in .Net. Prior to AppD we had no insight into performance or health of our environment.
- Ease of use
- Ease of installation
- Crashes at times
- Support not able to support issues
- General system instability, we have to reboot the server daily.
- AppD is expensive and the work to keep it running has been a negative ROI for this org
We selected AppD over New Relic as we host a PCI environment and wanted a non cloud solution.
