As we were having more and more sales queries and presentation to attend, Zoho Bookings helped us in organizing all these meetings into one central dashboard, into calendar view. This really helped into organizing and managing our staffs' meeting schedule, as well as optimizing human resources where required: balancing the meetings' tasks.
  • Global booking with automated time zone adjustments
  • Booking payment management
  • Synchronizing to Calendar
  • Integrating with CRM
Cons
  • Remove Zoho Branding in Basic Plan
  • Provide Reports on revenue in all plans
  • Remove the expiry date for Zoho Wallet credits
Zoho Bookings from my personal experience is best when you have a growing list of customers and need to get free of the hassle of taking written notes in your Rolodex. It's like a CRM but optimized for booking tasks. I believe it would be less suited, if you are a new business starting from scratch.
  • Custom URL features
  • Integration with Zoho Mail, Zoho CRM and Zoho Calendar
  • Centralized within intuitive dashboard and calendar
  • Organizational efficiency improved by 33%
  • Conversion rate from bookings improved
  • Increase in booking numbers
Each of them is good in its specific aspect and I can only say that you have to try them to get a personal feedback. Zoho Bookings does give the edge though, for the booking industry. It automates a lot of steps and will definitely help save a lot of time.

The big challenge was the going back and forth via email trying to lock down an in-person meeting, a phone call, or even a video chat session. And even trying to do it over the phone was a challenge. What Zoho Bookings has allowed us to do is to create the various meeting types we accept and then allow clients and even the public access to the free times in our calendar. Some of our initial consultations are free while others are paid. If someone elects a paid consultation, they pay in advance which makes it a bona fide consultation on our end. There are reminders both internally and externally for the booking, reminders, and cancellations. We are in full control of our schedule and the hours we operate. It's saved us a lot of time which enables us to run a more optimized operation.
  • Online booking without hands on involvement by our team
  • Security of publishing a link for free consultations
  • Automated two-way syncing with our calendar
  • Ease of use both for us as well as our clients
Cons
  • It didn't integration with our CRM so every client comes in as a new customer inside of Bookings
  • It is so fully functional that it can be slightly confusing to set up initially
  • Would like to see better integration with Zoho Meeting in link generation
I've tried some of the other online booking services and while there were good, they didn't have all of the features that Zoho Bookings does and since I'm already a Zoho One subscriber, it doesn't cost me anything more. I think virtually any type of business can use Bookings as it's not geared to a specific industry but can be customized for use in any type of industry. I would love to see salons use it as I think it can be truly a way for them to better book clients than using a paper calendar which I see many using. I also think massage therapists would also benefit but using Bookings. If you are a solopreneur or have a sales team, there's no way you can't benefit by using Bookings for your phone appointments, Zoom/Video meetings, or in-person meetings. There is also a resource function which allows you to block out conference rooms and other resources.
  • No additional cost since it's part of Zoho One
  • Eliminates the insane back and forth trying to schedule with someone via email
  • We can collect payment in advance for paid consultations eliminating "No Shows"
  • The seamless integration with our calendar so no accidental double booking
  • It would be hard to estimate the time savings it has provided but I'd easily say 1 hour a week
  • Our clients and potential clients love it as they can schedule with us 24/7
  • If anyone emails about setting up an appointment, I simply reply back with a link and they do the work
I found the integration with the two above is great if you're a Google Calendar user which we are not. While with Zoho Calendar we can have two way integration with Google Calendar there wasn't a need to do so. With Zoho Bookings which also integrates with Google Calendar we didn't have to worry about that as the integration with our Zoho Calendar was virtually automatic. There was also the cost consideration as the two above have a free version it was limited and didn't have all the bells and whistles we needed. Zoho Bookings provide us with everything from a single sign-on web browser and mobile app

We use it for customer service. It is a tool we use to make our support department more robust. We spent time and energy on just coordinating available time slots for project followup, questions review, or short discovery sessions. It also helps streamline remote processes, some things that can't be solved in an email, but no need for a face-to-face visit.
  • Integration with various calendars.
  • Automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Easy interface.
Cons
  • Customization.
  • Custom workflow automation.
  • Robustness of features.
It really depends on what you want to do. Some resource or workspace management might be limited. We use it to schedule conference calls, and this works great, together with Zoho Meetings. It is also great for simple service businesses, but might not be the best if you need consumables, inventory, etc.
  • Decrease delays.
  • Time saving.
  • Better management.
  • Self-service for clients.
A lot of things are not great as this is a new tool, but they fix it relatively quickly. They don't have a direct phone number, but Zoho support has good service overall.

Customer services, support and follow-up for implementation. Zoho Bookings is used for booking conference calls for clarification, assistance/support for other apps and projects, training, and others.

It's relatively easy to configure and keep Zoho Bookings, you really don't need any skills or knowledge to set it up, which is wonderful, maybe just be sure to explore on your own and a little self-learning. Zoho's support team is always there to help anyways, if you don't understand or something isn't working.
  • Need clarification for a solution.
  • Need to share screen for troubleshooting.
  • Schedule diagnostic or followup meeting.
  • New client scheduling.
  • Self-service.
It still needs more robust features and customization, like workflows and such. I'm confident they'll continue improving it, but some particular customization settings aren't available, in terms of triggers, content, look and feel, but it is mostly very detailed and particular. If you're ok with adapting to it, it is an excellent tool.
