Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

We are using ApptioOne for the BOIT & CT process. Using Cost transparency is a must now, as we have a clear vision about the real cost (actuals) Vs budget where previously was not possible. The beggning was difficult as you think that your data is good when is not. Suggestions: More time always to review your data when you start. Use ApptioOne Learning Trainings.

  • Options to have the data frozen for months/FY, you can create versions for a table but it's difficult. This should be priority first in their roadmap
It allows us to analyze the information more quickly in order to create annual budgets. Defect reports are very complete and add a lot of value to the organization. On the negative side, it is interesting that the information in a table could be frozen and that it cannot be changed (if a formula is changed, that information is changed) without having to use the version function, which is complex and very laborious.
