Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne
We use ApptioOne as a data consolidation and reporting tool. We are composed of several small corps and having the ability to see financial information in one consolidated view is tremendously beneficial for us. We primarily use ApptioOne to track/ report financial variance reporting.
- Consolidation of financial information across multiple entities
- Provides end users with easy access to meaningful financial information
- Shows trends in data over time
- Apptio has great OOTB reporting tools but there is opportunity for improvement in OOTB analytics solutions
- Models can be prohibitively complex
- End-user interaction with reports is desired. ApptioBI still seems early-stage
Using DataLink to connection our financials systems and time tracking system to Apptio has streamlined our reporting capabilities.
- Enhanced transparency into time charge of FTEs and contractors
- Building trust between IT Finance and other business units
- Sped up the learning curve for financial reporting as we transitioned versions of SAP
- Targetprocess
We are in the very early stages of bringing on TP. I look forward to enhancing the value provided by CT through it's integration with TP.
