Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions
I use it for service tracking with our clients, entering timecards, and for booking appointments on my Google calendar. It is really clean and easy to transition from one page to the next and is great at searching clients by names, IDs, or by any criteria I want. I probably don't even know the entire application's potential, but I use it to run reports on various aspects of tracking as well.
- Timecard Tracking
- Client Searching
- Linking and scheduling calendars
- Work flows when entering specific information about clients.
- How many sections there are to schedule an appointment in the calendar. It gets time-consuming to enter in 5 different sections for just date, am time, pm time, who's a calendar in the company, and title it.
- Having to change any time input to am and pm individually, instead of it guess that if the first time is 11:00 am, the next one with me is in pm.
- I am sure it has saved everyone countless hours of time trying to keep track of everything in the business that would otherwise be disorganized and difficult to sift through.
I do believe this has helped us as a company to deliver more help to more clients and keep it all organized. We still have to use applications like Microsoft Excel and google spreadsheets for certain data, but Apricot makes it easy for everyone in the company to have access to necessary data without any disorganization.
I do not take part in that aspect of our company, so I am not privy to that specific knowledge. I assume it makes it very easy to present to potential funders how many people are helped within certain time frames and paints a very clear picture of how important and effective our services are for individuals.
It definitely looks and feels cleaner and more modern. Apricot is inarguably easier to navigate and search clients, and so much more informative at a glance than Credible. But the main thing is how fresh and crisp Apricot feels in comparison. Credible seems like it is stuck in the early 2000s and didn't get the memo that we are so much cleaner and prettier with our sites.
