We use APS OnLine for our payroll processing, and employee census needs.

Pros

  • Employee census information
  • Data recording for employees
  • New healthcare reporting tools for the new tax requirements

Cons

  • The Excel download of the employee census is cumbersome
  • Quick Books
APS OnLine was much easier to navigate than QuickBooks
