Overall Satisfaction with Archibus by iOFFICE + SpaceIQ

We use it to manage the space and facilities planning for the campus. Recently we started to use it for self-service booking. This allows us to manage hotdesking and hotel options for faculty.
  • Detail uploads of floor plans
  • Web based portal
  • Customizable service
  • More user friendly booking system
  • Web navigation can be more streamlined
  • Ease of use from non-technical users can be improved
  • Management portal
  • Self-service options
  • Web based
  • Allowed us to use one tool for management and space booking
  • Not dependent on outlook or scheduling software
  • Requires set up and help on coordinating spaces via uploaded floor plans.
Better management integration from users and administrators. Archibus is still much better for multiple building management. It’s ability to overlay and activate specific spaces on a floor plan makes it very easy to visualize.

Would you buy Archibus by Eptura again?

Yes

It’s best suited for Large multi-building configurations (campus) with self-service funtions. There are better options for single buildings. This tool really shines when you are managing multiple buildings that are accessed by the same users.

Using Archibus by iOFFICE + SpaceIQ

User perspective it is simple through a web portal that shows all spaces and buildings. But as an administrator it was quite a bit of work to set up. And by extension updating is also a lot of work.
