Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Arena is used by the Program Management, Engineering, & Purchasing departments with approvals by other department heads as needed. It helps as a cross-functional tool that everyone can access to see bills of materials, supplier information, etc.

- No associated mobile app
- Using Arena on a mobile device is difficult
- Lack of user defined visual settings (i.e. I would like to change colors for different bom items - yellow highlights for plastics, green for electronic components, etc.).
- Very positive impact on bom development and visibility across departments. It saves time.
- It is the go-to for all our our audits, thus it helps keep our company out of trouble with auditors and it makes it easier for them.
- It saves time on finding historical files for new projects or support in an audit.

I was not involved in the purchase of this product.
I recall it being a learning experience that had its hiccups, but I was a new user almost 16 years ago.
I have not used any other product except Arena (other than a simple spreadsheet).
