Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Across the whole organization. It is used to implement change orders to release hardware, software, and documentation (both QMS and non-QMS). It is used for other quality processes: reworks, non-conformance reports, CAPAs, etc.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Approval process: straightforward with clear emails.

Cons

Search functionality is not intuitive for new users.
Certain processes take too many clicks, e.g. specifying items to a change order.

Return on Investment

It is critical to R&D and NPI.

I didn't make the decision to purchase Arena.

I have never used any products like this other than Arena.

Well suited to change order processes and linking all quality processes together (e.g. change orders, reworks, NCRs, etc.).
