Overall Satisfaction with Arena

Arena is used to manage engineering changes and archive product-related documents. It is used as a system in the whole company. It addresses issues on the bill of materials management, change management, and documentation management.

A balance between price and product usability will be the essential factor in deciding to use Arena.
Arena was easy to implement because we have trained personnel who has experience in using and being the admin of the system. So far, I have not encountered a significant hiccup in Arena transition.
Arena has better flow management than NetSuite. For supply chain and finance, NetSuite is a better platform.
Arena is well suited for product integration, from design to manufacturing.
