Overall Satisfaction with Arena

Arena is used across the whole organization. Both the US site and the overseas site. Arena addresses the following items: BOM, document control, revision control, engineering changes, link to suppliers and back up of important documents.

Pros

  • Friendly

  • Reasonable fee

Cons

  • Fee increase annually. Should be less
  • Provide good revision control quality.
  • Easy to management document control when customers and ISO9001 audits.
  • Excellent revision and BOM control.

Prior experience
Can be used by a start-up company to a big company. Arena is a very flexible PLM system. However, no direct link to the SAP system.
