Overall Satisfaction with Arena

Arena is used in my organization as a quality management system. This is where we store approved documents. Arena is also used in my organization to approve workflows and processes. Some workflows and processes are required to have a review process by multiple employees in my organization. This is all done through Arena.

I did not have any input on implementing Arena.
Yes I am satisfied with my implementation team. They did a very good job making sure Arena suits everyone perfectly in my organization.
I would say Arena is a better tool to store important files. Arena is also more user-friendly than the other products I have used in the past. Arena is also great at creating new item numbers for specific products depending on the company's item number convention. Arena also has the ability to be customized to any company's needs.
Arena is perfect for companies that have certain approval processes and workflows. New workflows and processes go through an extensive review process on Arena before they can be approved and added to our standard operating procedures. By adding this process in Arena, it ensures our company is following strict guidelines.
