Being utilized by 100 internal users by a hardware department and 150 supplier users.
- Easy configuration.
- Easy promote links between request and change.
- Easy BOM views and APIs.
- Easy to setup routings.
- Arena Winter training was informative and helped users prepare.
- In the item file upload the click and drag option is not available yet and this is tedious based on user's feedback.
- BOM extended view. When the BOM gets pretty big it takes a longer time to refresh.
- Basic reports should be readily provided off the shelf without running analytics of simple weekly data of the change turn around process and request processing.

The import from raw SAP was easy and the integration with the right team members on board made it seamless between Arena and in-house experts on our side.
The current UI of Arena is definitely an advantage.
