Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS

We use Arena for QMS and PLC for product and document management. We use the Quality modules also.

We selected Arena because one of our suppliers uses it. I would say you are equal.
All modules we use work well and support is excellent. Document control is good although I wish collaboration could be done in Arena without downloading and working on the document in another space and then uploading it.
