Overall Satisfaction with Arena PLM and QMS

I use Arena PLM and QMS to check EOL (end of life) of component in BOM (bill of materials).

Pros

  • Under Notes, I know exactly the status of a Manufacturing Part Number such as EOL, Obsolte , NRND, etc...

Cons

  • need Item Name in Search 's dropdown menu
  • need a format or dropdown menu for Item Name for passive components such as Capacitor, Resistor, etc...or Active components like IC, or mechanical part like Screw, Bracket, etc...
  • reduced engineering change cycle time by 80 percent
  • improved information sharing with supply chain partners by 90 percent
  • reduced compliance risk by 90 percent
  • reduced product information errors by 95 percent

  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use
Cloud solutions is what customer need when the number of users is less than 50.
It is very easy to contact Arena and get response in the same day for any issue or question.

Arena PLM and QMS is well suited for start up company since it saves all your files in Cloud.
Technical Support is excellent since you get response from Arena Technical Support in the same day.
The people in Service group always follow up with your request and make sure the issues are resolved.
