Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Our L&D relies on Rise 360 and Review 360 to quickly develop and scale content to our audience of 2 million plus clients. We also use Storyline to develop complex software simulation training to upskill our internal workforce.

Pros

Cons

  • Accessibility
  • Updating character library in Storyline 360, the photos of real people look dated as do the animation styles
  • In Storyline, allow color selection window to detach or always remain open like the timeline
There can be a steep learning curve to Storyline but Rise is very easy to use.

We use the Articulate 360 suite for the bulk of our content development, everything from onboarding new employees to software simulations. Between Rise and Storyline it covers our needs very well. A scenario where we wouldn’t use Articulate 360 is when creating a one pager or creating video only content in which case we’d use video editing software.
