Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We use Rise to build responsive and accessible courses for New York State employees and child day care providers. We create new content, but we are also converting our non-responsive e-learning over to Rise.

Pros

  • Creates responsive e-learning.
  • Saves time with prebuilt templates.
  • Review projects with the team.

Cons

  • Rise should have an accessible drag and drop.
  • Rise should let you change the font size of the lesson list on the Start page once published.
  • Rise should let you attach a CCS file for global updates.
  • More accessible course creation.
  • Decreased training costs by decreasing production time.
  • Reduced risk.
I use Rise to create the course, as well as the PPT Add-on. When the course is ready to review, I use Review 360 to share it with my team and track feedback.
I have not used it yet, but I am excited to. It sounds like a great tool to help lay a foundation for a course. The export of the outline is helpful to provide sponsors with feedback.
Very low learning curve. Very much a “plug and play” type of app.

Rise is well-suited for quick or not-so-quick projects. Great for bite-sized chunks of learning. Not great for e-learning that requires text input.
