Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize Articulate 360 to develop courses. I particularly use them for leadership concepts and reinforcement. The reason we utilize Articulate 360 specifically is its ability to be put into our LMS. Our learners are not very tech savvy and typically need one hub to learn, so having Articulate 360 worked well to allow us to put our content into our existing LMS.

Comprehensive Platform

I utilize Rise the most of the options. My domain of Learning & Development is Instructional Design for Leadership. I have utilized Articulate 360 to teach concepts like Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Training. My particular brand prefers to use their own language and branding so it is very useful to personalize to our business.

I have not utilized the AI Assistant.

Usability

My personal experience is that Articulate 360 is overall very easy to use. I actually did not know much about the platform until I was interviewing for a role and learned that Articulate 360 was their course creation tool. I built a course in a matter of hours. Of course, personal tech acumen plays a role but everything I needed to learn how to build was available and understandable.

Likelihood to Recommend

Articulate 360 is well suited for reinforcing or teaching concepts from the ground up. If anyone has ever used Percipio or Skillsoft, Articulate 360 essentially allows you to build your own curriculum. Articulate 360 is likely not the best for micro learnings and while it can be utilized to teach small, bite-sized content, it’s not the best option.
