We used the export reporting features on ASPDotNetStorefront to manage incoming orders. We also had customer service staff learn to navigate behind the scenes fairly easily to help customers with purchasing issues. It helped keep us organized and was easy enough to set up once we were ready to begin shipping products.

More customization and ability to work with web designers make it an easy tool to manage projects and promote growth of your store front. It may not be as user friendly as others but it has more flexibility by far.
