Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
We use Assembly Neos as our firm's case management system. It is very user friendly with excellent help manuals built in. The system is very much what you make it. It can be fully built out to automate prompts for all of the steps in your case process or it can simply be a tool where you store case information to use on your own. The flow of work can definitely streamlined with how effectively you incorporate each piece of your claim handling process.
Pros
- The help manuals are very easy to access and follow. Typically a problem can be quickly solved with these rather than putting in a ticket for service.
- It is easily adaptable to the way you specifically work. You are able to tailor everything to your own case management style to make your work most efficient.
- The updates happen regularly and keep up with all of the newest trends and needs.
Cons
- Sometimes the updates are rolled out without a law firm minded person testing them. You can tell that technically they are well thought out, but when put to use in a firm setting, there are things that could have been easily identified by firm users and fixed before the initial roll out.
- The wish list is a great idea, but when there are features to specific things that are not working, I would rather that be fixed to make that function usable rather than being told to put it on the wish list to possibly be fixed later on.
- The integration with Microsoft typically works seamlessly. However we have been having more and more issues with the outlook integration.
- By creating well-defined processes and implementing automated systems within the platform, it has become significantly easier to handle a higher volume of cases than would be possible without any systems in place.
- The time saved on administrative tasks can now be redirected toward higher-value activities, such as client engagement and case strategy, ultimately driving better outcomes and supporting business growth.
- With real-time updates and shared access to documents and notes, everyone involved in a case can collaborate more effectively, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring tasks are completed on time. This transparency also helps with tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
I only watched a quick demo of this, but it seemed very similar to Assembly Neos, except that it had to be hosted on a remote environment instead of cloud based. The cloud based environment makes it much easier for our firm to work remotely or on different computers when needed.
