Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

I use Assembly Neos for legal case management dealing with motor vehicle accidents. This has been really efficient for us being able to track our progress, the stages of our cases regarding treatment and involvement in those cases. Being able to track what stage the cases are in helps me and my team prioritize clients based off their dates of incidents and the severity of their injuries.

Pros

  • The user interface has improved drastically, being able to take notes and have them save immediately
  • I really enjoy how we can call the client directly from Assembly Neos without having to use an outside source. We can also contact adjusters via email all from the application
  • The ease knowing I can search up a client’s case by any means regarding name, DOB, DOI, social and even down the the address

Cons

  • I would love to be able to add other dates and information to the top bar versus having to switch back and forth on pages
  • Being able to list the companions cases on the primary case instead of its own tab
  • Management an Cleanliness
  • Ease of Use for My Staff
  • Financial Figures all in one place
I have trained in my department for less than a year and the first thing we come in contact with is Assembly Neos. As a new hire, new tech can be dreadful and confusing but with Assembly Neos' ease of use, most trainees get it within their first 2-3 days of being onboarded.

I have used Assembly Neos for about 3 years and j truly notice a difference from its counterparts. It handles case management exceedingly well, and incorportated with AI has become a simple use for me in my everyday life, especially when I need a summary of our client treatments in the go. When the system does experience downtime, the cloud engineers/ website engineers are quick to get me an my firm back up and running
