Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos

We use NEOS to maintain client's files. NEOS allows anyone in the office to work on file at any moment of the day. We are able to quickly view the status of the case and to update case notes and activities quickly. It helps that anyone in the office can get a general understanding of the case without having to pull the paper file.

Pros

  • Maintains case calendar
  • Organizes client contact information and insurance company contact inforamtion
  • Keeps an order of the case notes
  • Makes drafting documents extremely easy

Cons

  • I would like the ability to name phone numbers different from what is predetermined
  • Our work is done quicker
  • Work is more streamlined
  • I don't have numbers, but assume the company is profiting by the speed we are able to work with the help of this product
