Overall Satisfaction with Assembly Neos
I use Assembly Neos in my organization by drafting pleadings, scheduling events, creatings checklist items, and ensuring all metrics are done timely. The only issue I am having is the constant logout that happens at least 8 times a day. To where I have to log back in and re-pull any report that I am working on and ensure that my timer is still ongoing from where it left off when I was logged out.
Pros
- Calendaring- How it automatically goes into Outlook
- Easy access to go into Sharepoint from the Case Docs screen
- Being able to send emails directly from Assembly Neos.
Cons
- Being logged out while in the middle of working on something.
- Case information not merging from Assembly Neos into Outlook when calendaring an event.
- When deleting duplicate documents, they still show but are not openable.
- I am not at the level to answer this
